at St. George Centre, Richmond Hill
The Board of Directors appreciates the support of all guests and volunteers who attended the Easter Fundraising Dinner and came all the way despite the bad weather and freezing rain and made their efforts to make this event successful.
Highlights:
The MC Elia Androus is a volunteer of St. Matthew Charity, Started the event by asking Mark Nakhla, long time member of the charity to lead the opening prayer followed by welcoming speech from Onsi Mansour, the president of the organization.
Buffet dinner started to be served, followed by trivia game competition played via smart phones and viewed on the big screen.
Also a PowerPoint slide show was presented by Elia Androus, MC to the audience showing the work of St. Matthew Charity throughout the year.
Bingo and raffles tickets were sold for valuable prizes to be given to the winners. The rest of the night spent playing the bingo and making the draw for the raffles and giving the prizes to the winners.
The event ended with thanking everyone for the support and donations also wishing all a safe drive back home.

With gratitude the Board of Directors appreciates the support of all guests and volunteers who attended the Easter Fundraising Dinner and made their efforts to make this event successful.
Gust speaker: Mr. Taras Kulish, Senior Lawyer at Steinberg Title Hope & Israel LLP explains how the process of expanding the activities for the charity was challenging but successful. He also talked about charity work and how it is rewarding to the unfortunate communities. Mr. Kulish is an active member at Hope Worldwide Canada Organization and the lawyer of the charity.

Gust speaker: Fr. Pishoy Salama, Priest of St. Maurice & St. Verena Coptic Orthodox Church. Giving some words to the audience about giving to the needy is rewarding in heaven. He was supporting the charity work and motivating people to share in doing volunteer work for the goodness of humanity.

Mr. Nazmi Gilada, Secretary of St. Matthew Charity presenting a slide show in power point about the history of the organization and it's development and expansion. He also presented the work that was done in Africa to assist in medical and educational projects. All the work is volunteered with no admin fees.
