There is a message being circulated heavily on WahttsApp messenger requesting donations to Anba Elia due to medical and other urgent needs etc.. The link was given in the message is StMatthew Charity.org, (there is a space between Matthew & Charity). The word "Charity.org" has a link but it takes to another charity organization. We don't know who originate this message. It could be done on good intention from someone trying to promote donations to Sudan due to tough situation that our coptic people are facing right now, but the person maybe made by mistake a space in the website domain or it could be a scam as well. However, please inform anyone one in your contact to avoid making donation to the wrong link "Charity.org" as it does not belong to us. Our official website is: www.StMatthewCharity.org not "StMatthew Charity.org"
Any communication that is sent from Saint Matthew Coptic Orthodox Christian Charity is only sent from our registered domain name at stmatthewcharity.org.
